Heat transfer vinyl is a specialty vinyl material that is used to decorate or personalize T-shirts, garments, and other fabric items. HTV contains a heat-activated adhesive backing, which allows the vinyl to permanently transfer to your garment when heat pressed with sufficient time, temperature, and pressure.
HTV allows you to print on a variety of materials, use various unique colors, patterns and textures, and print on different parts of clothing. You can even do wraparound prints, which other processes might not accommodate.
This flexible premium vinyl can be cut with all current vinyl
cutters, using a 45° blade. After weeding, the cut flex film is
transferred by heat press. The soft, elastic film has an amazing
look, and is comfortable to wear.

The best thickness for Mylar stencils is 3 to 5 mil Mylar. A “mil” is one one-thousandths of an inch. The 5 mil is thicker than 3 mil. Any thicker than 5 mil and it gets much harder to cut. Any thinner than 3 mil and the stencil is too fragile. Mylar is durable and cleans well. The thin material is great for any stenciling.. The film is glossy on one side (the side you stencil on) and matte on the back side (the side facing your project). It is sort of milky-white and translucent enough that you can easily see your project.
This is a 5 mil film that has no back sheet, that can be used
for reusable stencils.
ORAMASK 831 was designed for use on cutting plotter systems for a broad range of blasting applications, including glass, plastics and wood. It features a removable polyacrylate adhesive, a matte finish, and excellent weeding properties.

color. For use with paints
that require background

Applications requiring transparency of the paint mask for substrate visibility. Great for gymnasium floor paint and stain mask, as well as hobby and craft applications, such as painted drywall, cabinets, custom bag-toss game boards, and wooden home décor signage. Not suitable for wet applications. Remove stencil film prior to baking.

These environmentally friendly products make the installation
of vinyl graphics, including decals, fast and easy. While a
"wet" application procedure may not always be necessary, in most
cases forty to sixty percent labor time can be saved by using an
application fluid. Running out of hands? An transfer fluid such
as Rapid Tac or new Rapid Tac II can often make it possible for
one person to do the work normally required by two. (Rapid Tac
II bonds faster than Rapid Tac, and is intended for films with a
lower tac adhesive than premium vinyl.)
Unlike soap and/or detergent and water, application fluid
cleans without leaving residues. It then helps to "float" the
vinyl for proper positioning, without causing bubbles. Better
yet, Rapid Tac and Rapid Tac II stimulate the adhesive to bond
in approximately ninety seconds, even in extreme heat or cold.
